Attack animations and attack itself

I finally get the attack animation and the shot itself to be in time for my seige tank, but uh, now it doesn't attack the first animation. (The animation will show for the first shot, but no damage or bullets appear until their second shot)
 
its more cleaver to just create a unit, call it animation and make it have thos animations...

The way that's stated it... takes a lot of digging to interpret. Maybe create a unit that has those animations and then another dummy unit to deal damage?
