Animated Loading Screen

How would I apply an animation to a loading screen, as accomplished in some maps? Would I treat the animation similar to a standard image file, and convert it to the .blp format? Is it imported in the same manner? Please help me.

The loading screen model itself as animated, but that's about all I know on the subject.

I think someone put up a tutorial for it either here or at www.wc3campaigns.net
