Hosting

I need help with hosting. I have a D-link router and my firewalls are down and my port is 6112.

idk if my router is blocking stuff or somtin. i had gotton new software like a month ago and since then i couldnt host.

I need help plz

I don't know why you've posted your thread in this forum. Even though you're new, you'd have to see that this forum is about something totally else than the matter of your problem.

Some people can host, and some can't. It may sound stupid, but a lot of it has to do with your computer, not your router. On one of my computers, no matter what I do, I can't host on it. On all of the other computers in the house, I can host.

But if you haven't already tried, go to 192.168.1.1 and forward the ports 6112-6119.

What does Utorrent have to do with you being able to host?

Try disabling Windows Firewall by the way, that's what did it for me, and I use a D-Link router.
