CD Key Problems

I'm a bit unsure if this is the right forum, but here we go:

I've been without a CD Cover for my WC3: Reign of Chaos copy for some time, so when i reinstalled it lately, i had to use an "illegal" CD-Key.
The problem with this CD Key is, naturally, that I can't use it on BattleNet.

So the question is:
I have a legally bought Copy of the CD - Is there any way to retrieve the CD Key from it? Somehow Frozen Throne wont play Online either, as long as Reign of Chaos does'nt have a real Key.

All help's appreciated, and if it's not doable, I guess i'll just buy another CD.

I would personally just buy a new CD with a new serial number. Just reinstall WarCraft 3 Reign of Chaos and Frozen Throne.

This happened to me once (without the illegal key).I know that if you mail Blizzard your game manual, and ten bucks, they will give you a new one.

Perhaps they've continuously banned serial numbers used by user who use key generator to spam StarCraft II's Discussion Forums.
If you've got a banned serial number you should probably do what Videosurfer101 told you.
