Need Help With Donloaded Models

I do not know why but my world editor can't read unit model files that i downloaded from hiveWorkshop.

What i do:
1. Go to import manager and import my model.
2. Save after importing but before using
3.Make a dumy unit and select his model file to be the one i imported
4. Save
5. Select unit in tool palet and he comes as green cube.
6. i save again
7. I quit world editor
8. i open world editor and it still stays as green cube,


What am i missing here, plz help!?!?!!!!

If the model uses custom textures, did you gave the textures correct paths?
