How do you import a spell for a hero im World Editor?

You follow the implamention guide.

Download the spell.

• Copy the spells.
• Copy the triggers.
• Open your map.
• Copy all the spells
• Copy the triggers.

Ok , i download the spell , but its saved as a w3x file and where exacty do i change its effectivness?,and do i need to change its path or something?

First of all, dont post such things in the intruductions threads.
Also, you should not save the w3x file.
Just copy (Ctrl + C) All the spells, and all of trigger, which has to do with the spells. Then just do as i said.

Where do i get the triggers and spells that have to do with the spell>? the only thing there is , is the w3x file (forgive my stupidness please ....lol)
