normally i could easily do this with paint such an eeasy job. But my dad deletes all non used files in his comp(one i've been using) and my comp is broken, for like 20th time.

So what I need is my first two userbars combined into one long userbar, and next two also into a larger userbar, so its 2 userbars that take up 1 line each so I can fit more of my favorite FF quotes beneath
