model creating and application

I recently downloaded a set of models for starcraft to warcraft III conversion, but when i try to apply the models it would not display in game or WE... I tried to use those to make way for my own models... How do I place models that actually is selectable in the game? Tutorials don't help... I uploaded the models. Answers will be really appreciated.
