Hero problem

I'm new to the Warcraft editor, and I saw on Battle.net that there are maps that can have heroes over level 10. I would like to do the same thing, witch means creating a hero that can go over level 50. Please respond

Advanced -> Gameplay Constants -> Hero Maximum Level

I'm sorry to say that I don't understand. What's Advanced? What's EVERYTHING you say because I'm really a nooby here.

In the top toolbar of the World Editor, over the Object Editor link, the Trigger Editor link and all that, you will find such menus as Help, View, Archive. Around there, you should also find Advanced. Try going from there
