Need 3ds Max5 Help

Well i installed 3dsm5 but whenever i try to run it this happens. Anyone know how to help/ fix it?

You have to reinstall it. Sorry, it's the only way.

Oh, and I'm not sure but it might not work on Vista...don't know if you're on Vista or not, but just to be sure.

The thing is that it wont install on my comp for some strange reason, it keeps looping at the begging i agree part and im doing windows xp

apparantly i presed i reject and it never installed fully, so i had to delete a bunch of things but i got it now

I tried to install 3dsmax4 on xp, and I got the same error. Then I went to google and searched the error message there.

The thing I needed to do, was to download a new version of cDilla, it worked afterwards.
