!!!!!!
ok ok ok i will reduce the size!!!!!

when i assigned the skin and played the map it just showed up as a shadow and i couldn't click on it!!!

Import the skin, and make sure the path for the skin is: Textures\HeroBladeMaster.blp

Hmmmm, I dont know whats exectly your problem is but, did you convert it from .tga to .blp?

yea when i dled it, it was already a .blp

Or maybe, there is something wrong with the skin.
