Help!?

I Need to know if it's possible and if so how to play videos as part of a campaign. They do it in the original game so i figured it wasn't impossible. I would appreaciate any helping suggestion.

Play videos as in cinematics? Well there is a whole category for cinematics and cameras in the trigger editor. Explore a bit, try to make your own cinematic and come back if you run into trouble.

Yes I'm planning on using wc2 videos and convert them into mpq.

That will work, just make sure the file is in the Movies folder of wc3.

just make sure you import them into the same directory as the premade movies are in!

Well the file has to be in mpq format, but the way you do that is just get an AVI video, and change the extension from AVI or MPQ, i've tryed it before and it worked.

You need the frozen throne expansion editer. There are no advanced things for people who dont but the expansion because theyre cheap.

Tgat IS the trigger. Go into events, click search for text, type cinematic.

You can do

events - elapsed game time is (whatever time you want it to play)

conditions -

actions - Cinematic - Play the cinematic movie called HumanEd
