New Tools Section

Hey All
I have implemented the new tools section.
The tools section has a different frontpage since there will never be many tools. This way it's easier to have an overview of what we have got.
When selecting tool-type. It is OS (Operating System). And category is ofcourse the category.
I have also imported the old tools.
