If youre gray you can turn of the spawn with the command -spawn

The spawn hasn't ever turned off after someone's been kicked that I've noticed, at least not automatically. If you kick someone and want to be sure the spawn is off, type -spawn to turn it off.
Grey can't turn spawns on or off, you have to be the admin to do that, which is red.
