i usally hit 300-500,rarely i will crit about 1500 damage.

use sanctity aura and use seal of crusader instead of righteusness.

Just hold on with the Retribution spec until WotLK, people are endlessly QQing about Ret Pallies being overpowered. It resulted into a fucking overbuff. Heck, this picture shows the OP'ness of Ret Pallies.

Well, I see that you have some Agility gear on you, so let me tell you right away that Agility is useless for Paladins. Spell damage isn't really necessary since 2.4, but it's recommended to have some of it.

You should follow this damage rotation:

1. Improved Sanctity Aura
2. Judgement of the Crusader
3. Seal of Command
4. Crusader Strike
5. Consecration (If mana allows)
6. Exorcism (If target is Demon or Undead)
7. Continue using Crusader Strike and Judgement of Command

Exactly. Don't worry about specs and gear until 70. Just level and figure stuff out on your own. I find it more fun to play and learn than to have people tell me what to do.
