have a prob lem on my map hero levels up

you probably are in team with a computer force or an other player that fights. You get Exp global as far as i know.

You can turn off this, search in the Gameplay Constants.

Edit: it says "Global Distribution" - Normally its turned on, set it to "false" and your problem is solved, if im right
 
First you must get to the gameplay constants screen by Advanced -> gameplay constants, than in order to edit it, enable custom gameplay constants at the top left hand, than choose the value you want to edit and click on edit value.
Off Topic, yes I just Ks you Emm-A- , that's for leaving a helpless men, .....helpless. lol
