Select you doodad. Hold CTRL and Left mouse and move it.
Or select your doodad and press enter.
Or if it cant be rotated you can edit it from Object Editor and set its Fixed Rotation to -1. If still nothing - set the pathing texture to nothing.

Set negative values to Max Roll Angle and/or Max Pitch Angle.
And how to add negative valus... Hold Shift + Double click on the field and then enter the value.
