How does one make a thumbnail of World Editor and put it up on this website? I am no sure how to.

If you mean image, use the Print Screen key in your keyboard.

Then use the [trigger.][/trigger.] tags, but obviously remove the dots.

to copy all of your trigger
For example your trigger is something like

you right click into <Trigger Name> part and click copy as text
then paste it inside [trigger][/trigger] tags
