Maybe skin a dragon to another element (maybe spirit? lol).
Or skin the phoenix, turn it blue or something.
The netherdrake is a pretty cool model, maybe skin it so it looks super nice, like make it red or something.
You could try skinning demon hunter or illidan, blizzard reskinned his glaives during the movie thing at the end of the campaign and it was awesome :D

make new walls (with spikes )
make night elf units skins!!!!! there are very less
make abdomination skin ( more scary )
make a new siege skin!

How's aboot a Murloc/Mur'gul Were-Shark in hybrid form, using the purple shark skin? Oo yeah, and give'im a piratey hook too... ;;D
 
maybe u can make a tauren playing some instrument XD like a guitar or something like that
 
make some new building skins there really arent a lot.. i would like to see another troll building possible a forge/blacksmith
