A unit enters Region #####


Unit - Changes ownership of Guard Tower 0019 <gen> to (Triggering Player) and Change Color

I looked around and people seem to do the same code and it works i added in a victory on stepping into region and that works so my regions work just not the action.

I think you need to change it to "owner of triggering unit" as it's a unit that triggers it not a player.
