Entry for the terrain competition, although I'm probably going to make a new one.

Looks very good, but the water is a bit weird. it seems to end just like that. how about a bit of a shore?

I may have no say in critquing terrain work but I like the feeling of the overgrowth on the island nature isnt 100% intreasting at times. At first I made the mistake of seeing the canopy like trees to be mountains and wondered why the mountains were so see-through and leafy. The only thing I did not enjoy was the sky around the distant mountain it almost looks like light coming off the mountain instead of clouds. Other then my failure to see trees great job

Wow, very nice Belgarath. This may be one of your best works. My biggest problem is the water though. On the bottom left, you notice how its scaled really large and kind of messes with the quality of the terrain. Another flaw is behind the foresty area is pure whiteness... add something interesting behind it!

Overall though, its very good and the forests are very well vegetated and the doodads are well placed. +REP
