Water Creature thing

I need this done for my Battle of the Eteocypriots map. Ignore the name of the screenshot. I would like it to hover above the ground, stand animation like the screen shot. And walk animation make it hover around with its tail and fins back, I would like an alternate animation for swimming that can be used for a morph ability. It is not necessary. For a death animation I would like it to die like the sea witch (curl up) and have a dissipate animation, do not put a hero glow but the dissipate animation is good to have. Thank you in advance.
