Need help finishing off a Naruto model

Hello,
I was wondering if anyone at all could help me finish off the Sarutobi that i started and export and convert the text version, i have no clue how to complete that stage and i would greatly appreciate it if someone could complete it for me, I'm using 3DSMax 7.

Hate to break it to you, but 3ds max 7 isn't compatible with Warcraft III as far as I know.
