AAArgh! this is so frustrating!!

Time to time i like to edit meelee maps and have some fun. I create an uber hero and make him lvl up to 15.. But eveyr time he hits lvl 5 he stops leveling from killing enemies! The only way he gains xp is xp tomes and killing heroes.. That tottaly sux. I put the level cap to 15..Anyone tell me what the problem is?

the exp tables. under game constants. as long as there aren't any zeros on it he'll always gain exp from creeps
