Well, i need help with something little. How to make the shine come from the sky? Example look at the Map showing topic, there are seweral examples there. Is it an doodad or weather effect? Thank you.

It's a weather effect, rays of sunlight or rays of moonlight, just use triggers to get it to be in a region or the enitre map.

Actions: Enviroiment - Create Ray of light at the entire map

Yeah, weather's weird like that, it needs enabling. Why not just do it at map initialization, as well.
Just use the weather-enable last created weather

or go to your map settings and they in there 'use global weather' and pick the one you like ^^

But be aware of weather effect lags in multiplayer

only when they get created.

After that, they only lag on slow pcs - those that lag with them in single player as well ^^
