Amulet of Protection

Casts a divine shield to protect the hero carrying the item

Here's what I try to do. I already created a new custom object with the disered name and icon but, since I am a little newbie :P I can't manage to do this. I hope any of you guys can help me, I already saw something like this in another map but it's protected so I can't check how it was made.

I'm no expert at itemcreation, but just create a new item, give it the divine shield ability (edit the ability and enable the 'item ability' value.)

depending on the # of charges, the amulet will dissappear after you used it the same # of times... I believe if it's 0, the item won't dissappear.

i dont get what you mean, if its a new item then copy another item that would give the user an ability (either charged or perm depends on what you want) then goto abilities copy the Divine Shield ability make the "hero ability" field false and the "item ability" field true and make the "levels" field to 1, after that goto the chosen item and make the "abilities" field the ability you edited, same with the "cooldown group". that should do it. if you need any more help explaining this just PM me or ask again here.

ok problem solved... don't know what I changed but now it works...

yeah sure... I followed a part of everybody's instructions and it worked!
