You can disable this auto-evaluate method feature by adding a tag [forcemethodevaluate] in jasshelper.conf, the one which is inside your JassNewGenPack folder, not the one in the subfolder 'jasshelper'.
Then, it will prompt an error on map save.

Is this allowed, does it even work ? (just to be sure don't use jasshelper but only jass, map script import or just the official editor)
I don't think you will even be able to save the map but meh ...

Yes jass is that old for me that i can't even remember a such basic rule :o
I hardly think it's allowed ...

JASS:
globals
    force F = CreateForce()
endglobals

function Test takes nothing returns nothing
    call ForceAddPlayer(F,GetLocalPlayer())
    call ForForce(F,function A)
endfunction

function A takes nothing returns nothing
    call BJDebugMsg("it works !")
endfunction
