I dled and imported custom UI and I changed everything except the upper middle part. I don't know the path of that (the part where day and night are changing, where sun and night is didplayed)

ANYONE KNOWS THE PATH OF THAT PLEASE? :D

It is called Time Indicator Frame. And here's the path

Time Indicator Frame: UI\Console\*race*\*race*UITile-TimeIndicatorFrame.blp

Those *race* depends on what race UI you want your custom UI to change.
