Change unit model with trigger

Hello, I would like to ask is there way to change unit's model useing a trigger?
ex. I would like to change unit's look from Illidan (DH) to Evil Illidan with some system, but it has to be still same unit.
Thanks for every help, if something like this isn't possible just say it please

As i know, the REPLACE UNIT trigger answers this question

You can just use metamorphosis and use two same units but with different models..

EDIT: or what Stryderzero said..
