Selection Screen

Hello everyone!!
I'm trying to create a selection system. But I can't.
All I want is someone to show me how I can have this when the game starts:

Please Select a Game Mode

Option A
Option B
Option C
I want this options to be clickable.
This exists in many maps and appears in victory or defeat( Like Continue Game or Quit Game e.t.c.)
