[Solved] Help with this UI

I've downloaded the Blood Elf UI and successfully imported it into the game. However, there's an area at the very right that's blank. Is there way to fix this?

Thanks. I'll try converting the tile04 into .tga format and see how it goes.

Edit: I've tried converting it to .tga but it just comes out as a green box. I used blplab to convert it but I think I must have done something wrong with the alpha channels. Either that or converting it to .tga doesn't work at all.

Edit again: I tried again. This time no green thing shows up. It's just blank now. The old UI04 is the one that's showing up.

I have this problem before, i used Warcraft 3 Viewer to convert .blp files into .tga.
 
What program do you use to convert it from blp to .tga format? o.O

EDIT: Sorry. Didn't read through your 2nd post clearly. Well, I'm not sure what's the problem either. BLPlab should be alot less faulty than Warcraft 3 Viewer. =/

2nd EDIT: Try downloading the file that I've attached to this post and see whether the problem persists.
