1. Halo is interlectual property owned by a company so the existing models used in Halo games cannot be used.
2. No one will spend 24-48 hours (or more...) making a model for someone who has little credentials and who cannot even make a proper request post.
I advise making your map and then requesting once it is popular as that is the only way people will be willing to spend time making a model for your.
