Saving Issues

Hello guys

I`m making a map for a quite long time now,and i got some issues with some spells data.
As i try to save my map,the data that i just edited from a spell is going back in time.for example

Parasite,i want to set the CD to Zero,and that`s ok.But when i save it,it goes back to default,same goes for many others thing like:
Check Dependencies
Requeriments
etc...
Can someone help?

Yes,but how would that affect at the values in the editor it self?
I don`t even have to go in game to see if its working or not,when i save and then go back to Object editor,its already changed.

Try reinstalling the WE, and use JNPG. It's nothing related to the game, but with the editor itself.

Well...i didn't find anything to reinstall or this thing called JNPG (sorry i`m a noob)
But i tried to make those changes in another map and i did it successful...I think my map just bugged or something... =/
Also,i could set the CD of Parasite to 0.01 but if i tried to put 0 it get reset still...
So I don`t know what else i could do...
