I can't scroll down with my mouse in Warcraft3. WTF?

Something to do with the active area for the cursor. The game will only scroll down if the cursor is near the edges of the display.
Try turning FRAPS off. Try changing the game resolution to the same as the display. Do not play the game in windowed mode.

Thank you. I already turned the Fraps off. So maybe it's the resolution.
I'll try it on Friday because I'm busy with my studies until then.
