I made a model and I wish to upload it, but I cant seem to find any rules and regulations as to how to do that.
Can some one send me a link to a tutorial or something?

OMFG are you one of those people known as an 455H013?
Read my post I am asking for rules and stuff when uploading(what should the file contain, what description should I give...)

Just click the button and follow the instructions that will appear (you don't upload an archive but screenshot+model+portrait separately). Also a piece of advice: have a look at how others upload their models and what they write as their descriptions. Good luck!
