How to make a targeting spell become toggle?
for example,making unholy frenzy to become toggle like berserk(orc,troll berserker)

Use berserk then change the effect to unholy frenzy effect

You mean a spell which can toggle it's Target-type ?

From Target-unit to Instant-cast ?
And vice-versa ?

You're gonna need a dummy ability that will trigger the event and once the dummy ability is activated, remove the Ability(Target-unit) and add Ability(Instant-cast) to the unit and vice-versa.
