Doubt it; I've never played ladder, but i know it only works in custom maps.

Im asking cuz i saw someone that played with other skins and i want to change my skins too...

This should be possible if you change the skin files in your war3mpq. To do this, you need a MPQ-Editor like MPQ2k, but at least I don't know how to change the path of imported files.
If you success to do so, the skins on your computer should standardly look as the imported ones, because you change the standard! :lol:
All in all: it should be possible but I don't know exactly how. :?

Win MPQ should work. I couldn't test it until now because I'm a Mac user, but I've only heard from good experiences with it. You also can add files into a specific directory in the MPQ as far as I can see...
Try it out and tell me if it works!
