Tileset help

I made a custom tileset for my spaceship map, using this tutorial http://www.world-editor-tutorials.thehelper.net/tilesets.php

And I though it would be good, then when I tried to use it in the editor, I got this. http://photobucket.com/albums/v346/ShadowSnipe4/Warcraft/?action=view&current=What-the-crap.jpg

Whats up with this?

I think you forgot to preserve the transparency.

Did you select all the tile and unselect the parts that you want to show transparent?

Otherwise, i had this problem with a normal tile, the cliff turned normal red color, when i tested though, it only showed up red on the minimap.
