I really wanna know is there a way to convert files from blp into mdx.I want to put some "skins" in my game but without changing anything (importing them normally).Reason:skins are better looking

Do you mean you want to use custom skins on in-game models? If so, then you just have to import them and change their file path to the correct string (eg. for Footman texture, you must import a custom texture and name it to 'Textures\Footman.blp').
Well note there's probably a language barrier or something here making it difficult to get the point across (at least that's what I'm assuming). If he wants the skin as a separate model then yeah, export the model from the mpq and edit it externally, but note that that's not "converting" so to say, more or less creating a workaround.
