It's in War3Patch.mpq.
Maybe you can't find it because you are using Warcraft 3 Viewer for opening mpqs.
If yes it is unable to open this and the other mpq.
I don't know why but it doesn't show anything to me, you have to use something like war 3 model editor to export it.

use magos model editor, it's the easiest and confortablest way to export models, Just open magos, go to windows>MPQ Browser, click on "File" and open the War3Patch.mpq. You should find the model under Units\Creeps\HeroFlameLord and the texture under Textures\HeroAvatarFlame.blp
