A character could have a % of them being one of those races or there could be one we just don't know about.

game no has race that isn't known to exist!!! How infuriating.
Maybe all the asians are busy making everything like the ships n stuff, so that's why they're not there.
 
isn't Ybarra a mexican? Plus, i'm pretty sure i saw a couple asians in the game. There's a chinese lady in one of the comics too.

Besides, why would Blizzard exclude asians if they're the ones who love the game the most?
