Charging Spell.

Hello.

I am working on a map based on the famous game Halo. It's NOT about the developing. It's about a spell. I want to make a spell that when activated, it is "charged" for a few seconds, then shot as a mortar.
Also, what is the "head" part of a Goblin Zeppelin?

I like your name, by the way. The very first of the monitors introduced in Halo (and for some reason he is the most evil).

I've made a lot of the weapons from Halo in WarCraft III, so are you trying to duplicate the Plasma Pistol or the Spartan Laser? Those are the only two items in Halo that charge up :D

There's the Hunter Cannon for example. That turret I want to charge is actually the Banshee's. I know that in the game it doesn't really charge, but... you know... :con:

Thanks Pharaoh and Berbanog. I think this is all I need for now. I just have to see if this works.
