Use the sound actions in the trigger editor or the cinematic actions(Transmission From Unit).

There's another way but you will use .wav files from the sound editor. Browse the sound editor and use the sound variable that you wish to use. Blizzard made a COMPLETE list of their cinematic sounds in the sound editor. No reason for the editor to demand for Warcraft III cinematic sounds.
