The patch "enUS\DBFilesClient\Item.dbc" could not be applied. (Invalid source file size: expected 1469717, actual 1273492.) If this problem persists, you may be able to solve it by uninstalling and then reinstalling the game. If you are unable to correct this problem, please contact Blizzard Technical Support. Any help? I repaired, ran as administrator, everything, yada, yada, yada... And still this piece of sh't shows this at the 99% of the patch. HELP!
 
I've seen that problem before. Usually by disabling virus-detecting programs should fix it. It worked for me anyways.

Hope you got it fixed. :)
