Roam Then CAst Ensnare on nearest unit.

I need a system that orders specific units to auto roam around the map looking for the nearest unit of type then casting ensnare on that unit..I'll be using this for multiple units so It has to be MUI MPI and especially lagless coz it will be used by many units all at the same time on the map.
