Trigger to manipulate unit's atack speed?

What trigger would allow me to manipulate a unit's attack speed?

Get an ability such as the item ability that increases attack speed (such as the one used by Gloves of Haste), and give that ability to a unit that you wish to increase the attack speed of by using the "Unit - Add ability to unit" function.

There is no direct way to change the attack speed value.
