2 Spell Requests!

Hi there. I would like to get some help to make those 2 spells...

True Shot.
An arrow that causes 3x times your total agility in damage and knocks the target back 300 yards. Every lvl shall increase the damage done and the distance of the knockback...

Sleep.
Psychs the target enemy unit to sleep in nightmare. Causes it to lose 1% of it's total health per second for 5 seconds. Any damage caused other than the nightmare damage will break the effect. Every lvl should increase the % of health lost per second.
