What do you need? An attachment of the head, you can attach for example to the Villager Man? Or what?

The helmet is finished. It's not exactly like the picture, but was impossible to make those holes in an acceptable quality, so I left them away, I also made a hole for the eyes.

I would advise a custom skin for it, rather than making the holes in the model
thats alot of extra pollies needed to be added, and with a custom skin it would look better anyways

Yes ofc just make a texture with transparent holes.. the horns could still use ingame text etc. Model with holes lol.

hey here is a little rework. i added scratch marks and some highlights and darkened the overall thing. see if that works any better for you
