Welcome Text {displaying a welcome text for all players at the map's start}

Hello!

When the game starts I want to add a text that appears for all players for a short amount of time. The text shall say something like:

"Mapname 1.0"
"Welcome to my map"
"Some basic info about the winning conditions and other info"

I have looked in the tutorial-section but I don't find out how to do this.

Anyone knows a good trigger for adding this text?
