Rigged Cape [+Rep]

so basicly its just an icon edit? if it is i think you should specify that in the first post
 
I took that red cape of yours, dragged it over the streets, made it smell like flesh and gave it to my neighbor's dog and now I'm returning to you:

A ruined red cape! Yay, well I hope you like it.

EDIT: I included the TGA files for easy viewing.

EDIT2: I also increased quality a bit, it looked horrible.. xD
